1. Who we are

Walker Builds is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying the Founding Group, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

The Founding Group is a 4-week educational program: four live group calls (recorded), a playbook, templates, and access to a private online community. The VIP option adds one 60-minute one-on-one call to be scheduled before the end of the program.

3. All sales are final

Because you receive immediate access to digital materials and the community, all sales are final and no refunds are given. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and agree to this policy. If you can't attend a live call, the recording will be available to you.

3a. Do-the-work promise

Members who complete every weekly assignment and post at least 30 videos during the program, and have not made a first sale by November 24, may request one free 60-minute 1-on-1 call, to be booked within 30 days of November 24. Completion is confirmed through assignment submissions in the community. This promise is a coaching call only. It is not a refund and not a guarantee of any income or result.

4. No earnings guarantee

This program is for education only. Any results described are our own experience and are not typical. Your results depend on your product, market, effort and many other factors. We make no promise or guarantee of income or any specific result. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

5. Your access

Your access is for you personally. Don't share logins, recordings or materials, or resell them. We may remove anyone who shares materials, harasses other members, or uses the community to spam, without a refund.

6. Content and recordings

All program materials are our property. Live calls are recorded and shared with members of the program. By joining a call you agree to being recorded; keep your camera off if you prefer.

7. Changes

We may adjust dates or content of the program if needed and will tell members by email. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
